The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasising the importance of remaining active for progression, like the ever-dynamic sun.
“चरन् वै मधु विन्दति चरन् स्वादुमुम्बरम्
सूर्यस्य पश्य श्रेमाणं यो न तन्द्रयते चरंश्चरैवेति॥”
The Subhashitam conveys, “It is the one who keeps progressing who gains the best rewards in the world, just like the ever-dynamic sun earns glory. Hence, one should always be active.”
Shri Modi stated that, the PM Surya Ghar-Free Electricity Scheme, which began today, is also illuminated by Lord Sun who infuses energy and enthusiasm into the lives of all of us.
