Media Expo New Delhi, one of India’s leading trade fairs for indoor and outdoor advertising, printing and signage solutions, is set to return to Bharat Mandapam from September 17 to 19, 2026, with its 59th edition. The three-day exhibition comes at a time when India’s visual communication industry is undergoing a significant transformation, with the established print and signage ecosystem increasingly converging with digital technologies such as LED displays, video walls and interactive advertising solutions.
The 2026 edition is expected to be larger in scale, covering 14,000 sqm of gross exhibition space and bringing together 140+ exhibitors, 300+ products and more than 200 brands. The previous Delhi edition in 2025 occupied 12,000 sqm and featured 135 exhibitors, highlighting the growing scale of the sector and the continued importance of the platform for industry professionals.
International participation will be another major feature of this year’s exhibition, with exhibitors from China, Taiwan and Italy among those participating. The increasing international interest reflects India’s growing significance as both a manufacturing and consumption hub for printing, signage and display technologies.
The Indian print and signage industry is being shaped by the changing needs of businesses across sectors such as retail, FMCG, automotive, real estate and hospitality. As brands compete for consumer attention in an increasingly crowded marketplace, demand for high-impact, innovative and cost-effective visual communication solutions continues to rise. The expansion of organised retail, the emergence of e-commerce-linked physical touchpoints, and the ongoing infrastructure and construction boom have further strengthened demand for signage, branding and display solutions across shopping complexes, transit hubs, commercial establishments and public infrastructure.
The 2026 edition will place particular emphasis on some of the industry’s fastest-growing segments, including ACP and advanced signage materials, digital signage, digital display solutions, LED displays and visual communication technologies. Technology-driven printing and signage solutions will feature alongside large-format digital printing, POP/POS and retail branding solutions, reflecting the industry’s evolution beyond conventional print.
Leading Indian brands including Colorjet India, Epson India, Garware Hi-Tech Films, Lisco Systems and Negi Sign Systems will participate, alongside international exhibitors from China, Taiwan and Italy, underlining the show’s growing global reach..
Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of products and technologies spanning printing equipment, fabrication, finishing and decorating machinery, digital imaging and printing services, digital signage, sign substrates and equipment, architectural hardware, outdoor advertising solutions, printing inks and 3D printing. The exhibition is thus positioned as a comprehensive sourcing and networking platform covering the visual communication value chain.
The event is expected to attract channel partners, service providers, designers and consultants, advertising and creative agencies, as well as organised and traditional retail players from sectors including FMCG, lifestyle, apparel and HoReCa. For these stakeholders, Media Expo provides an opportunity to discover new formats, materials, technologies, machinery and equipment for advertising, branding and signage applications.
Ahead of the exhibition, Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, said that the latest edition reflects the rapid evolution of the industry. He noted that businesses across sectors are increasingly investing in visibility and brand experience, driving demand for smarter and more innovative advertising, branding, signage and printing solutions. According to him, the growth in exhibitor participation, international interest and product diversity demonstrates the direction in which the industry is moving and reinforces Media Expo’s role as a platform connecting industry stakeholders.
Over the years, Media Expo New Delhi has positioned itself as a key meeting ground for India’s printing, signage and branding value chain, bringing manufacturers, technology providers, channel partners and end-user businesses together under one roof. The 2026 edition is expected to further strengthen this industry connect by showcasing the convergence of traditional print capabilities with emerging digital display and visual communication technologies.
