concluded recently at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with a record footfall of 19,458 visitors from 544 Indian cities, 28 states and Union Territories, and 22 countries. The exhibition, jointly organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and BusinessLive Trade Fairs, brought together the signage, display, printing and branding industries under one roof, reaffirming its position as a dedicated platform for showcasing emerging technologies, innovative products and business opportunities in visual communication. The event witnessed a strong response from domestic and international participants, with exhibitors reporting promising business leads, new partnerships and valuable interactions with buyers and decision-makers.
The exhibition featured more than 150 exhibitors, 200 brands and over 300 products, including more than 20 first-time participants and 17 international companies. The expanded exhibition space reflected growing interest in the sector, while product launches and live demonstrations added excitement to the show floor. Leading brands, including EPSON, CDI, LISCO and Roland DG, unveiled new technologies and transformed their booths into dedicated launch platforms supported by special presentations and interactive demonstrations. Indian exhibitors such as Negi, Colorjet, Truecolor and Mehta CAD CAM were among the prominent participants. At the same time, international companies included Easy Building Plastic Co. Ltd, Graphictac Technology Co. Ltd and Gildo Profilati Srl.
The exhibition came at a time when investments in smart-city projects, retail chains, showrooms and quick-service restaurants across North India were driving demand for large-format digital signage and advanced branding solutions. Reflecting these evolving market requirements, the show presented a comprehensive range of digital signage, LED displays, video walls, large-format digital printing technologies, aluminium composite panels (ACP), advanced signage materials and point-of-purchase and point-of-sale (POP/POS) solutions. The exhibits also included UV, solvent and eco-solvent printing technologies, high-resolution LED displays, smart and interactive digital out-of-home (DOOH) solutions, AR- and QR-enabled signage, and three-dimensional signage applications.
Beyond product displays, Media Expo provided a focused business environment for manufacturers, technology providers, distributors and industry professionals to explore practical, next-generation solutions. The emphasis remained on meaningful buyer-seller interactions, enabling exhibitors to connect directly with prospective customers, established buyers and potential long-term business partners. Participants expressed satisfaction with the quality of visitor engagement and reported opportunities to expand their market reach across India and overseas.
Lucrezia Bandelli of Gildo Profilati Srl, Italy, which showcased trim caps for channel letters made from cellulose with aluminium inserts designed to withstand UV exposure and varying climatic conditions, expressed satisfaction with the response. The products were designed for durability, with a lifespan of up to 30 years. She said the company had participated in earlier editions of Media Expo in India and had returned after a positive experience. “Many people were interested in our products, and we were trying to find more customers. Overall, we were satisfied with our participation. There was a lot of enthusiasm among visitors, and people were quite thrilled to see our products. We looked forward to the next edition,” she said.
Yong Tang, Sales Manager, Easy Building Plastic Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of PVC foam boards and acrylic sheets, described the exhibition as an exciting experience. Although the company was exhibiting in India for the first time, it had maintained business relationships with Indian buyers for 15 years. Tang said the event had provided an opportunity to reconnect with existing customers and strengthen business relationships through face-to-face interactions. “On the first day, I met more than thirty old friends and business associates. It felt like visiting my home. We already had a long history of business relations with India, and this time I got an opportunity to meet my old buyers in person. We were satisfied with our participation. The show was amazing,” he said.
Abhishek Gupta, Executive Director, Alutech India, which manufactures aluminium composite panels, soffit panels, MDF, HDMR and ACP louvres using imported technology and raw materials, also reported an encouraging response. The company had returned to Media Expo after a gap of several years amid growing demand for corporate signage. Gupta said the exhibition had enabled the company to engage directly with leading brands, contributors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) who had previously been difficult to reach. “By the second day, I had met almost all the brands my team had struggled to get even brief meetings with. Here, the brands themselves were coming to us, sitting with us and discussing business over a cup of coffee. The experience was surreal. Media Expo was a one-stop solution for brand innovators and decision-makers building their brands in India,” he said.
Tejinder Singh, Director, Colors Digital India Pvt Ltd (CDI), an Indian manufacturer offering printing solutions across solvent, eco-solvent, UV and flatbed technologies, highlighted the importance of the exhibition in strengthening dealer networks and introducing new products. The company unveiled a new printing machine featuring an EPSON T3200 printhead, which, according to Singh, had generated considerable interest. Having participated in the exhibition for 14 years, he described Media Expo as an important platform for business development and industry networking. “We believed in Media Expo and had been doing business through it for the last fourteen years. We had a dealer network across every state, and our dealers came together here to discuss business and connect. Demand for our machines was huge, and the new launch had generated tremendous interest. It was a platform where our B2B dealer relationships genuinely came alive,” he said.
Jitendra Kaushik, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Ganesh Ji Gums Pvt Ltd, which manufactured exterior ACP panels and SPL sheets in more than 100 shades, reported a positive response to the company’s newly launched 3D panels. He said the company had booked its stall as soon as it learnt that Media Expo was being organised, recognising the exhibition’s potential to connect it with new markets and customers. “We received a very good response and reached several areas that we had not tapped earlier. We were now getting customers from those regions as well. The response from the organising team and fellow exhibitors to our newly launched 3D panels was encouraging. We connected directly with the signage industry and explained the applications of our materials. We definitely look forward to the next edition of Media Expo,” he said.
Vinod Vaviya, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Morix Innovations Pvt Ltd, highlighted the growing shift towards digital signage and display solutions. The company manufactured its products at its Mumbai facility and showcased easel stands, totems, wall-mounted stands, mini TFT screens and a newly launched advertising light with integrated content management system (CMS) software. Its solutions were designed to help retailers transition from traditional printed advertising to digital displays, reducing recurring printing costs.
Vaviya said Media Expo marked the Morix brand’s first participation in Delhi, following earlier exhibitions in Mumbai and Chennai, with Kochi also being considered for future participation. He emphasised that the company’s products and software were developed in India and were intended to make digital advertising accessible even to smaller retailers without dedicated graphic designers. “The response here was great. We found many new distributors and clients from across India, along with two or three overseas customers. Our devices required a one-time investment and helped replace repeated printing expenses. We also supported our products with a pan-India sales and service network because after-sales support was the most important part of our business,” he said.
The strong visitor turnout, product launches and encouraging exhibitor feedback underscored Media Expo New Delhi 2026’s role in facilitating business connections and showcasing advances in the signage and visual communication sectors. For professionals working in advertising, printing, branding and display technologies, the exhibition offered more than a product showcase: it provided a glimpse into the future of visual communication and an opportunity to engage directly with the technologies shaping the industry.
