Where Not Only the Mountains, but Service Too Reached the SummitThe sacred journey of Kailash Mansarovar is connected to a remarkable story of Parmarth Niketan’s three ashrams and its medical service mission. In 1998, during the sacred Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, H.H. Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji Maharaj, amidst the living majesty of the Himalayas, witnessed a suffering that deeply moved him. In those sacred moments, with Kailash Mansarovar as witness, a divine resolve was born: wherever there is a need, service must reach.  This was not merely an idea, but a profound commitment to bring compassion, service and humanity even to the most remote and challenging heights of the Himalayas.After nearly three years of continuous dialogue, trust-building and tireless efforts with the Chinese government, a historic agreement was signed in December 2000. Under this agreement, the India Heritage Research Foundation was granted permission to establish medical clinics and rest houses (ashrams) for pilgrims in the sacred Kailash Mansarovar region of Ngari Prefecture, Tibet.This was an unprecedented achievement, as it marked the first time that the Chinese administration had granted an international spiritual and service organization permission to construct facilities in this sacred region.The Heights of Service    In 2003, the first Parmarth Kailash Mansarovar Ashram was inaugurated on the banks of sacred Lake Mansarovar, at an altitude of approximately 15,060 feet (4,590 metres).In 2004, a new chapter of healthcare service began in the Himalayas. In 2006, the second Parmarth Ashram was established in Paryang, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 14,900 feet (4,540 metres). Then, in 2009, the third Parmarth Ashram was inaugurated at Dirapuk, situated along the sacred Kailash Parikrama route, at the extraordinary altitude of approximately 17,000 feet (5,180 metres).      This is not simply the story of three ashrams. It is a story of compassion. It is a story of service beyond borders. It is a story of connecting spirituality with humanity.It is the story of a saint who, amidst the heights of the Himalayas, did not merely build ashrams, but established a living pilgrimage of hope, health, sanitation, dignity and service.Let us hear, in Pujya Swamiji’s own words, the unforgettable story of Kailash Mansarovar—where devotion, service and spiritual practice came together to create a new chapter in history. Click to Download Full Article  प्रिय परमार्थ परिवार,जय गंगे! हर हर महादेव!आप सभी को श्रावण के चतुर्थ सोमवार की अनंत मंगलकामनाएँ। आज आपके साथ कैलाश-मानसरोवर की दिव्य, अद्भुत और अविस्मरणीय स्मृतियों को साझा करते हैं।जहाँ केवल पर्वत नहीं, सेवा भी शिखर पर पहुँची कैलाश-मानसरोवर की पवित्र यात्रा से जुड़ी परमार्थ निकेतन की तीन आश्रमों और चिकित्सा सेवा मिशन की एक दिव्य गाथा है। वर्ष 1998 में कैलाश मानसरोवर की पावन यात्रा के दौरान परम पूज्य स्वामी चिदानन्द सरस्वती जी महाराज ने हिमालय की जीवंतता ने एक ऐसी पीड़ा का साक्षात्कार किया जिसने उनके अंतर्मन को झकझोर दिया। उन पावन क्षणों में कैलाश मानसरोवर की साक्षी में एक दिव्य संकल्प जन्मा – जहाँ आवश्यकता है, वहीं सेवा पहुँचेगी। यह केवल एक विचार नहीं था, बल्कि हिमालय की दुर्गम ऊँचाइयों तक करुणा, सेवा और मानवता पहुँचाने का संकल्प था।   लगभग तीन वर्षों तक चीन सरकार के साथ सतत संवाद, विश्वास और अथक प्रयासों के पश्चात् दिसम्बर 2000 में एक ऐतिहासिक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर हुए। इसके अंतर्गत इंडिया हेरिटेज रिसर्च फाउंडेशन को तिब्बत के नगारी प्रीफेक्चर में पवित्र कैलाश मानसरोवर क्षेत्र में मेडिकल क्लिनिक तथा तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए विश्राम-गृह (आश्रम) स्थापित करने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई।यह एक अभूतपूर्व उपलब्धि थी, क्योंकि पहली बार चीन प्रशासन ने इस पवित्र क्षेत्र में किसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय आध्यात्मिक एवं सेवा संस्था को निर्माण करने की अनुमति प्रदान की थी।  सेवा की ऊँचाइयाँ2003 में लगभग 15,060 फीट (4,590 मीटर) की ऊँचाई पर पवित्र मानसरोवर झील के तट पर प्रथम परमार्थ कैलाश मानसरोवर आश्रम का उद्घाटन हुआ। वर्ष 2004, हिमालय में स्वास्थ्य सेवा की नई शुरुआत हुई। वर्ष 2006 में लगभग 14,900 फीट (4,540 मीटर) की ऊँचाई पर तिब्बत के पर्यांग में दूसरा परमार्थ आश्रम स्थापित किया गया और वर्ष 2009 में लगभग 17,000 फीट (5,180 मीटर) की अद्भुत ऊँचाई पर भगवान कैलाश की पवित्र परिक्रमा मार्ग स्थित दिरापुक में तीसरे परमार्थ आश्रम का उद्घाटन हुआ।   यह केवल तीन आश्रमों की कहानी नहीं बल्कि यह करुणा की कहानी है। यह सीमाओं से परे सेवा की कहानी है। यह आध्यात्मिकता को मानवता से जोड़ने की कहानी है।यह उस संत की कहानी है जिन्होंने हिमालय की ऊँचाइयों पर केवल आश्रम नहीं बनाए, बल्कि आशा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता, सम्मान और सेवा का एक जीवंत तीर्थ स्थापित किया। आइए, पूज्य स्वामी जी की जुबानी सुनते हैं कैलाश–मानसरोवर की वह अविस्मरणीय कहानी, जहाँ भक्ति, सेवा और साधना ने एक नया इतिहास रचा। ॐ नमः शिवाय।  Click to Download Full Article  Follow Pujya Swamiji and Parmarth Niketan online: |
